I wasn’t expecting to be that interested in how perfume is made, but it was actually cool to see. I probably wouldn’t call it a must-do, but I’m glad we stopped by

I really liked how this smelled, it’s fresh and lovely without being too much. But my sensitive skin got a little itchy after using it, so I’m not sure it’s the best fit for me?? If your skin isn’t as picky, you might have better luck

I got this perfume for my sister, and I’m really glad I trusted my instinct on it. It arrived looking pretty, felt gift-ready, and she absolutely loved it. Super easy win for a present.

It did take me a bit to decide, but that’s not a bad problem to have. Overall, a really nice selection and I’d give it 4 stars.

The only downside was that I didn’t realize I’d have to pay extra customs or import fees. Maybe I missed the information somewhere, but I wish it had been made clearer during checkout. It ended up making the total cost higher than I expected

It does smell good all day, which surprised me. I kept expecting it to fade or turn weird after a few hours like a lot of scents do, but it mostly held up. I’m still a little picky about how strong fragrances can get, but this one was better than I expected.

The bottle itself looks nice, no complaints there. But the atomizer kinda sprays uneven sometimes, which is a little annoying. It’s not terrible or anything, I just thought it’d be a bit smoother.

I ordered a few soaps and a perfume refill from fragonard, and to be fair, everything in the box was exactly what I chose. No wrong scent, no missing item, nothing like that, so at least they got the actual order right.

The packaging was fine and nothing leaked, which I appreciated. I checked the invoice because it was a mixed order, and everything matched up, so I can’t complain about the accuracy there.

What irritated me was the delivery updates. They were slow and kind of useless, and that’s on them because customers shouldn’t have to sit around wondering where their order is. I’d still give 4 stars because the order itself was spot on, but the communication definitely needs work.

I really liked that Fragonard offered samples before committing to a full bottle. Perfume descriptions can sound nice but still not tell you much, you know? Getting to try a few at home made the decision so much easier. The samples arrived in good shape, and I ended up figuring out which one I actually wanted quickly. Simple idea, but very useful. I’d definitely order samples again

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with the products and I don’t want to make it sound like they’re bad, because they’re not. I just wish the ingredient details were more clearly listed and easier to find. It feels only fair for customers to know exactly what they’re buying without having to dig around for the information...

I do like the Fragonard perfume I got — it smells fresh, clean, and not overly sweet, which is exactly my kind of thing. The bottle looked fine, delivery was normal, no drama there. But part of me is like… are they secretly making these lighter so we have to spray more? Because it smells really nice at first, then suddenly it’s like it goes undercover.
The projection is weak on me. I can smell it if I put my nose close to my skin, but other people don’t really notice it unless they’re right next to me. For the price, I expected it to last longer and have a bit more presence. It’s not bad at all, just not the “wow, what are you wearing?” situation I was hoping for...

My order showed up quickly, which was nice, and everything smelled really fresh right out of the package. The packaging was totally fine too, no issues there. I do wish the scent lasted a little longer on me, but you know, it’s fine. I’m calm about it. Overall, happy with it.
